charmed stay
delicious breakfast spacious rooms
The staff provided amazing service. Zoey was caring. the restaurant personnel were excellent and helpful! we appreciated the delicious breakfast. It had many top-quality choices. we had two spacious, super clean rooms for six. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Drafts came through the windows though i thought the cancellation policy was misleading and my towels were not dried properly. They smelled musky.

the gym has several treadmills and weights and a good selection of equipment! the executive lounge offers complimentary drinks during the evening and a wide range of snacks are available during the day. the hotel includes multiple restaurants and bars.

Staff members were always helpful and professional. They provided prompt responses to requests. i noticed concierge services are available 24/7, and the front desk provides quick check-in and check-out. the team ensured a seamless experience.

basic breakfast faulty air conditioning
I was quite disappointed. the air conditioning wasn't working well. it was either too hot or too cold. I couldn't get it just right. also, the breakfast was rather basic for the price, there were not many options available and i would have expected more from a hotel like this.

dusty furniture restocked minibar
the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.
The room i was given wasn't properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture. also, the minibar was not restocked and i had to call several times to get it filled. this took away from my experience.

a meh stay
unresponsive tv remote warm mini-fridge
the location worked well enough i guess.
the tv remote had seen better days, it really didn't respond unless i practically sat on top of the tv. also, the mini-fridge was warm, like it was trying to incubate something. i wanted a cold drink, not a science experiment brewing in my room.

small room malfunctioning air conditioning
the location met my expectations, it was easy enough to get around.
The room i received was not what i expected. it was a king guest room, but it felt smaller than anticipated. the air conditioning also malfunctioned. It alternated between too hot and too cold which was a major discomfort. i expect better climate control from a hotel like this.
